Hi There!

I started my professional career as an Illustrator, back when people used brushes and actual paint.  After graduating from art school, I spent 6 years in TV animation as a background painter.  Then took a detour and taught middle school for 5 years.  I returned to my career in art as a Motion Graphics for the next 12 years making commercials, documentaries, and presentations for various clients.  While I was freelancing we relocated to Hong Kong for almost a year for my husband's job.  I wasn't able to get a work visa, so I decided to take a ceramics class to pass the time.  Needless to say, I fell in love and became addicted to clay.
