Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All packages ordered from our online pottery store are packed and shipped within 5 days of receiving an order.  Most packages will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS.  If this is a gift, please let me know and I will add a gift card and bow free of charge.

Shipping is free within the United States.  Please contact me for shipping to other countries for shipping costs.

Return Policy

I do not accept returns.  Please be sure you check the measurements of the pieces so you know how big it is.  If products are damaged in transit, please contact me and we will work something out.
